I have been a teacher, worked in the Tech field, and developed and taught training to employees of several corporations. Now I am a full-time, professional, real estate Broker/Owner of Chrisman Realty Group LLC. Being a real estate professional demands capable and excellent service with competence, care, compassion, effective communication, and thoughtful guidance.

For about 4 years I was on staff with a global brokerage. As a Broker I trained agents to be the best, most professional agents they could be – to serve their clients at the most professional level. As an agent, I strive to walk the talk and practice what I preached!

Over my career, I have earned several real estate designations and certifications. I’m also a qualified real estate continuing education instructor, have served as a past president of the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® and have held leadership positions with Texas REALTORS®. I strongly believe in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and have served as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for Texas REALTORS for the past eight (8) years.

I moved to the hill country area about 20 years ago. Since 2006, I have been helping buyers and sellers in the greater Canyon Lake - Bulverde - Spring Branch - Fischer area. When I’m not assisting buyers and sellers, you might find me sailing on Canyon Lake or Tubing the Guadalupe River or inside preparing a recipe from America’s Test Kitchen.
